WPVS PAYMENT OPTIONS
An estimate of all treatment to be completed will be provided in every case. It should be understood that this is only an estimate and that on occasions additional, unexpected work may be required. This is unfortunately the nature of veterinary health care. In such cases will we endeavour to contact you before this work is undertaken to make you aware of the additional charges. In the event where we are unable to contact you we will ALWAYS act in the best interests of your pet.
Wellington Point Veterinary Surgery reserve the right to request a deposit before any treatment is undertaken.
We DO NOT provide accounts for our clients. EFTPOS, VISA, MASTERCARD & CASH are happily accepted. We DO NOT accept cheques. All accounts must be settled in full at the time of services rendered.
We understand that your pet may become injured or ill unexpectantly and this may place you in an unwanted financial position. For this reason we provide our clients who find themselves in this situation the opportunity to apply for a GE Care Credit Payment Plan*. This plan requires an application to be filled out and its approval is determined by the provider, GE Money*. Wellington Point Veterinary Surgery along with GE Money offers payment via two different payment plans. These are:

12 months Extended Payment Plan*.
